A 60 to 90 minute confidential conversation with a workplace specialist to explore challenges in tasks, environment, tools, and communication. Background information may also be collected from the employee and line manager, including the current job description.
Clear, actionable recommendations that may include adjustments, equipment, coaching, or awareness training. With consent, a summary can be shared with HR or a manager so support is implemented.
