Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training

--------------------------------------------

Inclusive workplaces start with understanding — when organizations are ready to build it.

Workplaces are more diverse than ever - but understanding and inclusion don’t always follow.

Neurodivergent team members often navigate systems that were not designed with them in mind.

This training series supports organizations that are ready to build shared understanding and introduce more inclusive ways of working — rooted in care, not compliance.

Offered in partnership with Thrive Mental Health & Neurodiversity, each session is UK CPD-accredited and designed with psychological safety, practical strategy, and awareness at the center.

--------------------------------------------

Program Overview

All programs are grounded in lived neurodivergent experience. Delivery is available online or in person. Sessions are paced with neuroinclusion in mind.

These sessions are often introduced when organizations are ready to support neurodivergent talent more intentionally.
