Our Programs
Aware (1 Hour)
An introduction to neurodiversity, its importance, and how you can support it in your workplace.
This is a one-hour online program designed to increase understanding of neurodiversity and present the supportive measures that can unleash the potential of neurodiverse employees.
During this training, participants will explore:
- Key neurodiverse conditions and their associated strengths
- Common misconceptions and stereotype beliefs about neurodiversity
- The social and communication challenges encountered by neurodiverse individuals
- Ways in which reasonable adjustments can empower neurodiverse employees and tap into their abilities
This program serves as a prerequisite for our other two programs.
Champion (1/2 Day)
Deepen your understanding and learn to advocate for neurodiversity within your organization.
This condensed program targets those keen on understanding neurodiversity in the workplace and those leading the charge to ensure that neurodivergence is appreciated, understood, and supported as an integral part of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
This module can be delivered in-person or online.
In this training, we expand upon the themes discussed in the Aware program. Additionally, we dive into:
- Executive functions
- Creating sensory-friendly workplaces
- Managing anxiety
- Understanding the intricacies of communication
Managers (1 Day)
Equip managers with the tools to support neurodiverse employees and foster an inclusive team culture.
This is a full-day training program tailored for managers who appreciate the value of diversity as an asset and aspire to foster an inclusive work environment by offering the right support for neurodiverse employees. This program can be delivered in-person or online.
In the morning, we revisit the content covered in the Champion course, followed by:
- Approaches to managing neurodiverse employees
- Case studies highlighting the impact of employing neurodiverse individuals
- Policies, reasonable adjustments, and support measures that enable neurodiverse individuals to excel at work
