Systemic Team Coaching® for Organizations

Systemic Team Coaching is not a one-off workshop. It is a co-created team journey that helps leadership and cross-functional teams build trust, strengthen collaboration, and align with their wider stakeholders. It goes beyond traditional team coaching by focusing on the team’s purpose, relationships, and wider environment.

Workplace Needs Assessments

 Practical, function-focused support for neurodivergent professionals and the teams who work with them. 


 A Workplace Needs Assessment is a confidential process that helps neurodivergent professionals and their managers identify barriers at work and co-design effective adjustments. It goes beyond policies or surface fixes by tailoring support to real, day-to-day needs.

No diagnosis required. Not therapy or performance review. Just a clear, respectful pathway to better support.

 

How it works:

  1. Individual meeting:  A 60–90 minute conversation with a specialist to explore challenges in tasks, environment, or communication. 
  2. Personalized report:  Clear, actionable recommendations. With consent, a summary may be shared with HR or managers to ensure support is implemented.
     

Who it’s for:

  • Neurodivergent professionals seeking better support at work 
  • HR teams preparing inclusive support plans 
  • Organizations committed to building people-friendly workplaces
     

Why it matters:
