I was guarded at first out of fear of being judged but over time I was able to share more of myself in an honest and unfiltered way. It helped that Coach Katie constantly communicated that I was given a safe space to express myself. My biggest issue was my weight and overall physical health. I am struggling to lose weight and stay fit. I feel at ease and at peace with myself when it comes to my fitness journey after every session. I took down notes whenever I gain new insights and discoveries.
Overall, the coaching program helped me realize how health should be important above all and I will be able to create more impact when it comes to everything that I do if I am healthier.
