Neurodiversity At Work

Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training

Why this matters

Workplaces are more diverse than ever, but understanding and inclusion don't always follow. Neurodivergent team members often navigate systems that weren't designed with them in mind.

Understanding, not assumption, is the starting point.

This training series supports teams in creating spaces where all minds can thrive, rooted in care, not compliance.

Offered in partnership with Thrive Mental Health & Neurodiversity, each session is CPD-accredited and designed with psychological safety, practical strategy, and awareness at the center.

Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessments

Moving beyond compliance into structural care.

A Workplace Needs Assessment is a confidential process that helps neurodivergent employees and their managers identify barriers at work and co-design effective adjustments. It is not a diagnostic assessment. It focuses on day to day realities: tasks, environment, tools, and communication.

When organizations listen and respond to real needs, they create workplaces where neurodivergent professionals can thrive, and teams grow stronger.

Philippine workplace regulation is still evolving. Organizations that build these practices now will lead when it arrives, not scramble to catch up.

Why It Matters

Goes deeper

Moves beyond policies and surface level accommodations

Tailored support

Focuses on the person and the role, not generic fixes.

Better outcomes.

Improves effectiveness, confidence, and well-being.

Culture shift

Strengthens inclusion across the whole team.

How It Works

1. Individual meeting

A 60 to 90 minute confidential conversation with a workplace specialist to explore challenges in tasks, environment, tools, and communication. Background information may also be collected from the employee and line manager, including the current job description.

2. Personalized report

Clear, actionable recommendations that may include adjustments, equipment, coaching, or awareness training.

With consent, a summary can be shared with HR or a manager so support is implemented.
